I've never really gotten a good grasp on maibocks because every one I've tasted has been totally different. The first one I had was Granite City's Benny Maibock... which I don't really think is a real maibock... but that's what I based all my opinions off of. So anyway. This was a great, smooth, amber beer with a good balance of malt and hops. |
